called ffayrie Sound nor farr from the Maze aforesayd which is about a [?half]<br />
[?dXXX] and twenty leagues from any port of the King of Spaine And further saving his<br />
foregoeing deposition hee cannot answere./
To teh 3 hee saith the agreement made betweene the Takers and the sayd Robert ffisher<br />
was made aboard one of the Ostenders the takers aforesayd in ffayry Sound afore<br />
sayd in the moneths of June or July last And further he cannot answere./
To the 4th hee saith that Bignett and da[?rie] who were sureties with the sayd<br />
ffisher as aforesayd, were and are both Englishmen and subiects of this Common<br />
wealth and further saving his foregoeing deposition hee cannot answere
To the 5th hee saith fflackery is a Port in the dominions of the King of<br />
denmarke And saith to the best of his remembrance it was about three [?XXX]<br />
betweene the tyme of the first capture of the ''Willing Adventure'' and the tyme<br />
that the sayd Robert ffisher was [?taken]<br />
from aboard her at fflackery and carried to Amsterdam And further he<br />
cannot answere./
To the 6th Interrogatory hee saith that Robert ffisher was only kept a prizoner [?at]<br />
Amsterdam aboard one of the Pastend men of warr who soe seized the<br />
''Willing Adventure'' and the sayd ffisher did procure the foresayd [?XXX]<br />
to petition the Lords the States at Amsterdam in his behalfe and thereby to make<br />
knowen to them that hee being an Englishman was there kept prizoner [?XX]<br />
and Ostend man of warr Amsterdam being a free port for English men<br />
whereupon the sayd Lord the States did give order that the sayd ffisher should<br />
bee discharged of his imprizonment and put on shoare and then<br />
the sayd ffisher did give the sayd dereile a bond or writing under his<br />
hand to secure the sayd dereile from all trouble that might befall<br />
the sayd dereile by reason of his the sayd ffishers enlargement which<br />
the sayd dereile had procured, and having soe done the sayd ffisher made<br />
escape from Amsterdam in company of this deponent feareing the<br />
Ostenders (if hee stayed) might there bring some further trouble<br />
upon him by reason of the bond hee had formerly entered into to them<br />
And further saving his foregoing deposition hee cannot answere/
Ti the last videlicet the 7th Interrogatory hee saith hee cannot answere knowing<br />
nothing touching the contents thereof more than in his foregoeing <br />
deposition is declared./
