Ad 3:um deponit That the sayd three Zollicoffers told this Deponent at the [?time]<br /> of lading the sayd Goods that Mr John Lomkuell of London Merchantt was their<br /> correspondent in England, and that if hee this deponent should by Storme or other<br /> accident be driven into England hee should make his addresses to the sayd<br /> Mr Limkuell, And saith that then the arlate Mr Tobias Zollicoffer was<br /> come into England et alr pro [?XXX] sua nescit. Ad 4:um deponit That hee this deponent did not before hee was brought in by<br /> the Privateer that tooke him receive any letter about this busuines from<br /> the sayd Mr Tobias Zollicoffer but since the sayd Mr Tobias Zollicoffer came [?XX] [?to]<br /> him promising him to assist him and get him cleared which what expedition [?hee]<br /> could.
