45 yeares sworne before the Judge of his Majesties<br />
Highe Courte of the Admiraltye and beinge <br />
in the said Courte examined sayeth and<br />
deposeth That as hee this examinate is informed by<br />
Letters and otherwise the shippe called the ''Charitye''<br />
of Hamborough whereof Albert Mare was master<br />
in her course or passage from Hamborough aforesayd<br />
towards Burdeaux in ffrance laden with divers and<br />
severall goods ware sna mercahndises in or<br />
aboute the moneth of Januarye last past was by misfortune<br />
some other accident runn a ground neere the Isle of Wight<br />
and there since splitt and beaten almost to peeces but her<br />
Master and all or most of her Company saved and there<br />
was in that shippe at the tyme of the disaster aforesayd amongest divers other goodes as this examinate<br />
