Edward Peach the Elder hath made up his accompts to all or<br />
most of the said parties they being the persons that<br />
had entrusted himself and constituted him master of the said<br />
shippe for their uses and behoofes respectively according to their<br />
severall shares therein. And saith that all the said parties<br />
were and arr this present are Inhabitants and [?XXX]ers<br />
in and about London and Ipswiche as is arlate and are<br />
able and sufficient men of estates to ffurnishe and sett out<br />
theire severall and respective partes of the said shipp as allsoe<br />
of other ships wherein they have theire several interests<br />
and proprieties and [?XXX ?XXX] constantly imploy without takeing up moneyes upon<br />
bottomyre, as is arlate And for such they the said parties<br />
arlate were for all the tyme predeposed and still are<br />
generally accompted reputed and taken by all such as knowe<br />
them. Et alr nescit deponere.
Ad quartum arlum deponit et dicit that in or about the<br />
moneth of December in Anno Domini 1640 the arlate Edward<br />
Peach the younger being Master and part owner of the said shipp<br />
the ''Primary'' for and in consideration of the summe of<br />
170 ''li'' sterling which hee was indebted unto and had borrowed<br />
of severall persons for which hee have his Bond and bills<br />
unto them respectively, and which his sayd ffather Edward<br />
Peach the Elder had paid for him and all [?XXXfor]<br />
and in consideration of the somme of 120 ''li' sterling or there<br />
abouts as hee now remembreth which hee likewise made<br />
unto the arlate Thomas Wright one of the parties producent<br />
in this cause, hee the said Edward Peach the younger did<br />
