Transcription entered into the Custrome house there by tentered into the Custrome house there by the officeres [?]<br /> and accordingly aftere[?} [?} are and have bin paid for the [?] the<br /> said goods are thireupon allowed as a Comodity to bee freely bought<br /> and sold thiere, And lastly hee deposeth that if in case any doubt<br /> or scumple[?] doeth att any tyme arise [?} the same the Judge<br /> of the Contrabanda there doeth appoint inform officeres & minister<br /> to [?} such goods and to make a report of theire nature and <br /> quality upon oath which doue the same [?} forthwith allowed<br /> as good.
