'''Rp. 1''' '''Garret Johnson''' of Amsterdam in holland Mariner aged<br /> 31 yeares or therebouts sworne and examined. To the said allegation and exhibit therein mentioned, and more particularly<br /> to the seale thereof in Greene wax nowe showed unto him, hee saith and<br /> deposeth that hee verily beleeveth the same to be the publique and towne<br /> seale of the towne of Amsterdam, with the print and Impression where of<br /> hee saith hee is very well acquainted having had many of the same [?sent]<br /> to severall Instruments which hee hath carried to sea, which Instruments hee<br /> this deponent hath fetched from time to time from the Burgomaster of<br /> Amsterdam for the time being, and hath two of them in his tinne<br /> box in this court, taken in his shipp the ''Blew Unicorne'' by Captaine Bourne<br /> And otherwise hee cannot depose.
