Transcription To the second hee saith that att such timeTo the second hee saith that att such time as the said Indico was taken<br /> away from this deponent and the rest of the ffactors of the said Lister and Company<br /> from abord the shipp the ''Salvadore'' in that violent manner as is before [?expressed]<br /> the said shipp was three miles distant from any castle or ffort belonging<br /> to Legorno, and although there were some shipps in the [?Road] att that time<br /> he saith they durst not make complaint thereof to them, for that in such a<br /> case the Companies of the severall shipps would rather have proved Enemies<br /> to them, than freinds.
