Loven in Brabant Merchant, aged 24 yeares<br />
or thereabouts sworne and examined./.
To the first article of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth That hee<br />
this deponent well knoweth the arlate John Moller and hath soe<br />
done by the space of these six yeares or thereabouts And that<br />
for and dureing all the tyme allegate and for the space of about<br />
theise two yeares last past hee the said Moller hath driven and<br />
att present doeth drive a Constant trade to Cadiz<br />
in Spaine for Antwerpe for plate and money. and for that<br />
purpose hath his factors and Correspondents at the said place in Spaine<br />
and for and as such hee the said Moller was and is comonly accompted<br />
which hee knoweth because hee this deponent for and dureing the space<br />
of these two yeares last past hath knowne the said producent<br />
to live and Inhabite as a merchant in Antwerp from whence dureing the said<br />
tyme hee hath constantly used this trade to Cadiz for plate and<br />
silver which from tyme to tyme hath bin sent to him from thence by Jacinto<br />
[?Neimant] a Factor there resideing, by whom the Plate and silver now claymed was allsoe laden on<br />
bord the said ship as by his followeing deposition appeareth And further hee cannot depose.
To the second and third articles of this said Allegation hee saith and deposeth<br />
That within and for all the tyme arlate hee the said John Moller was<br />
and at present is the true and lawfull Owner of three small packs<br />
with ppeaces of silver and one small barre of silver weighing<br />
all together twenty fower markes and halfe an ounce of silver
