Gaullermo[?] from boone of Cadiz in Spayne … Gaullermo[?] from boone of Cadiz in Spayne, merchant aged about <br />
twenty five[?] year [?] soe produced[?] and examyned in this [?] [?]<br />
so followeth
To the first arlate of the said allegation he sayeth That [?] he this deponent [?]<br />
beene att Countrey in fflander Yet hee hath civis in the conduction of a merchant att<br />
Cadiz asfar[?] his Usual place of Residdence and att Mararchaie[?] Vazimus[?] Gibraltor<br />
and other places in the West India for the spate of foure years last past And sayeth<br />
that about the xi[xv?]th day of may last past he this deponent did lade aboard the Shipp the nostra <br />
''Signioza del Rosario'' whereoof the producent Antonio de la Rosa was [?] his mate for that deponents <br />
accompt therefore and one [?] of Tobaccho att which time there was likewise Ladde aboard<br />
the sayd Shipp at the said Port of macathaio[?] for the accompt and [?] [?] of the said procuent[?]

and one potachou of Tobaccho of the second marke in the margent and six Potatchoes of Tobbacceau<br />
and au hundred hides with [?] on them marked with the third marke in the margent
[THIRD MARK]
which all which[?] goods and merchandies being soe laden aboard the frigott nostra ''Signiora <br />
del Rosaria'' [?] he this deponent come aboard the said ffrigott in company with Antonio di la Rosa<br />
with his [?] off the said Shipp manuel Cozia John Baptista Sagnio[?] Thomas Juan<br />
and Antonio Rodrigues and about the month of September last past arrived[?] safly<br />
with the said Shipp and his lading att Cadiz in Spayine where the said Antonio de la Rosa<br />
having bought fowe butts of wyne from Saint Lucer hee sayeth That in or about <br />
the month of October last past the said Antonio dela Rosa did take[?] to lade the said<br />
fowre butts of wyne marked with the marke in the margent and<br />
was [?] and the said six potacchoes of Tobacchau and the hundred hydes afforesaid he sayeth<br />
were laden likewise by the said producent aboard the shipp the ''Salvaor'' [?] [?] [?]<br />
Shipps there were soe laden as afforesaid [?] [? [?] [?] from the said Port of Cadiz to Oastend<br />
arlate and were cou[?]signed to be delivered there for the accompt and adventure of the said<br />
producent [?] knoweth soe that he this Deponent having ladeded aboard the shipp<br />
the ''Salvador'' Tobacceou for his owne accompt came as Passinger in the shipp named<br />
The ''[?] of Dunkirke'' bound for Oastend[?} arlate from Cadiz aforesaid from which Port<br />
the said Shipp kept company with the said ''Salvador'' and the ''Sampson'' until they came into<br />
the [?] of England were the said Shipp was divided from Company of the said shipps [?]<br />
a stoarme[?] with [?] att sea And further cannot Depose saving that hee as [?] <br />
[?] in [?] [?] That the said producent was is and ought to be true and<br />
lawfull owner and Proprietor of the wyne Tobacceu and Hydes predeposed forre[?] that<br />
he that deponent sawe the goods predeposed laden aboard the said shipps the ''Salvador''<br />
and ''Sampson'' arlate and board the foresaid Otto George and Christian Cloppenburgh<br />
att [?] [?] That they had signed Bills of Lading soe the receipt and [?} of the<br />
goods predeposed att Oastend arlate and further cannot say
To the second arlate of the said allegation he sayith that he cannot Dipose any thing<br />
matirially[?] thereunto being not present att the ferming[?] of the Bills of Lading arlate<br />
And further cannot depose more than by the aforementioned and at knowledgement of the <br />
[?]d at knowledgement of the <br />
