Transcription To the nynth he saith that he this RendentTo the nynth he saith that he this Rendent is by birth an Hamburgher and<br /> by habitation an Antwerper. And saith that he hath neither property<br /> in the sayd shipp nor any Interest in her by ensurance or otherwise<br /> nor will it be any benefit or advantage to him, if the sayd shipp<br /> be restored to the Claymers. And otherwise he cannot depose. To the tenth he saith he cannot depose. To the eleventh he cannot depose. To the twelfth he saith and beleiveth that the sayd shipp was<br /> never att Lubeck since the tyme of her first building and setting<br /> out to sea. And otherwise he cannot depose. To the first article of the sayd allegation this deponent saith and deposeth<br /> that he this deponent being att Cadize in the yeare 1647. there saw the arlate<br /> shipp the ''Sampson'' being then a new shipp, arrive the arlate Otto George<br /> being master of her, by whom this deponent did then understand that<br /> the sayd shipp was built at Lubeck and bought by him the sayd Otto<br /> George with the moneyes and for the Accompt of the owners hereafter<br /> mentioned which hee this deponent did then likewise heare from some of<br /> th eOwners themselves.
