And saith that the sayd severall parcells … And saith that the sayd severall parcells sackes or baggs of wooll<br />
now above specifyed and laden by the sayd John de Windt were to be<br />
transported from Cadiz aforesayd att the hazard and adventure of<br />
his sayd Majestie the King of Spaine and there to be designed for his use<br />
and Accompt, to one Jacques Suarez a merchant of Antwerpe and factor for the sayd King there to<br />
whom they were consigned. And this deponent saith that after the<br />
sayd woolls were laden as aforesayd he this deponent signed nyne bills<br />
of lading for the same videlicet three bills of lading of one tenor for<br />
the sayd four and twenty sackes marked with the first marke aforesayd<br />
and three bills of one tenor for the fifty nine sackes of the second marke<br />
aforementioned. and three bills of one Tenor for the sayd twenty seven<br />
baggs marked allso with the sayd second marke in the margent as aforesayd.<br />
And further saith that att and in the tyme and place aforesayd, one John<br />
Baptista Muntova a merchant of Cadize laded aboard the sayd shipp<br />
''Sampson'' to and for the Accompt of the sayd King of Spayne twenty<br />
nine sackes of washed wooll marked with the third marke in the<br />
