merchant sworne and examined sdeposeth and<br />
saith as followeth videlicet.
To the first Article of the sayd allegation This deponent saith that the arlate<br />
James Pinquet is a merchant of Antwerpe and well knowne to this deponent<br />
and was and is a fflandrian borne and so accounted and for many<br />
yeeres now last past hath lived in Antwerpe and for three yeares<br />
of the certaine knowledge of this deponent with his wife and family<br />
and was and is a subiect of the King of Spaine and so accounted<br />
and this deponent by letters and Correspondencies doth know that<br />
he the sayd James for severall yeares now past hath driven and<br />
still doth drive a trade from Rouane in ffrance to Cadiz in Spayn<br />
with linnens for his owne accompt. and that he hath had and hath<br />
his factors and Agents in those places respectively to and for the etter<br />
