To the 20.th hee saith, That having himself first received the bill of ladeing annexed<br />
at Antwerp, and since from his mother here in England, and finding it exasctly<br />
to agree with the bill of lading of the same tenor remaining in the Registry of this<br />
Court, hee well knoweth it to be one of the Originall bills of lading for the said<br />
silver. And otherwise saving his foregoeing deposition hee saith hee cannot depose:-/

of agreement betweene the Republique and the Crowne of Spaine, And<br />
otherwise cannot depose.
