[CENTRE HEADING] The claime of George Boscaart and James}<br /> Puinquett Merchant of Antwerp for their money}<br /> and silver in the ''Sampson'', ''Salvador'' and ''Saint George''} Examined upon the allegation and schedules<br /> on the behalfe of the said claimers. '''1''' '''John Moller''' of Antwerp , servant of the said<br /> Mr Boscaart one of the producents, aged 22 yeares<br /> or thereabouts sworne and examined. To the first article of the said allegation hee deposeth and saith that in and<br /> for all the time arlate and for some monethes and yeares before and continually<br /> since and at present the producents George Boscaert and James Puiquet<br /> have severally driven and still doe drive and use a constant trade from Antwerp toCadiz in Spaine and places about Cadiz for plate and moneys, and for all<br /> the said time have and and still have their factors agents and correspondents<br /> at the said places in Spaine to that purpose, and for persons using such a<br /> trade they the said producents have bin and are commonly accompted and reputed<br /> which hee knoweth being servant and Cashier of the said George Boschaart<br /> and using to write or copie his letters of advice sent into Spaine in that way of<br /> trading. And otherwise hee cannot depose. To the second article hee saith and deposeth that within the said time and<br /> more particularly in or about the monethes of August September and<br /> October last past the said producents George Boschaart and James<br /> Puiquett by their agents and factors and for the accompt of them the said producents<br /> did lade and caused to be laden aboard the said shipp the ''Sampson'' (whereof<br /> Otto George was and is master) the ''Salvador'' (whereof Christian Cloppenburgh<br /> was and is master) and the ''Saint George'' (whereof John Martinson dorp<br /> then was and is master) then severally lying at or neare Cadiz and bound<br /> for Ostend in the Dominions of the king of Spaine theise severall and<br /> respective barrs and peeces of silver following and hereafter mentioned<br /> videlicet on board the said shipp the ''Sampson'' three greate barrs of silver<br /> No.232. 610. 13 weighing together three hundred ninetie and five markes<br /> and three ounces of fine silver marked as in the mmargent for the accompt of<br /> the said producents And aboard the said shipp the ''Salvador'' two cases No.<br /> 4 with seaven peaces No. 31 one peace, No. 7 one peace, No. 18 two peaces No.<br /> 19 two peaces, No. 35 one peace, the case No. 5 with tenn peaces, No. 62 one peace<br /> No. 80 [?0] 2 peaces, No. 82 foure peaces, No. 73 three peaces, weighing together<br /> 671 markes and three fourth parts of an ounce of fine silver and<br /> marked with the second marke in the margin. And aboard the said<br /> shipp the ''Saint George'' one case No. 16 wherein are packed three barrs of<br /> silver, No. 81. 82. 83, which doe weigh together two hundred seaventie<br /> and six markes and foure ounces of fine silver, marked with the<br /> third marke in the margin.
