To the seaventh and eighth hee … [ADD DATA]
To the seaventh and eighth hee saith that the said producents gave order<br />
to the said ffrancis de la Sierpe that hee should drawe the moneys upon them<br />
by the way of Sevill for repayment unto him and satisfaction for the<br />
said silver and plate, which order this deponent sawe and was acquainted<br />
with, and accordingly the said ffrancis drew the same upon them by<br />
the way of Sevill by Giles and Michael Diensaert, and the<br />
said producents accepted the said bills of exchange and have since<br />
paid the same, as this deponent hath found and seene by the said<br />
bills at Antwerp upon his retourne thither. And saith the said<br />
Pinquet and Boschaert ran and doe run the sole hazard and adventure<br />
of the said plate and silver and that noe hollander or ffrench man or subiect of<br />
the States of the Unied Netherlands or ffrench kinge had or hath any interest<br />
therein. And otherwise hee cannot depose saving as aforesaid.ise hee cannot depose saving as aforesaid. +
