The premisses hee
declareth upon the grounds aforesaid, And otherwise cannot depose:- To the seaventh hee saith hee knoweth not whether the said shipp the
''Margaret'' were retarded here in England from her intended voyage
aforesaid by meanes of the dammages sustained as is predeposed, or what
losse they sustained thereby, Onely hee saith, That being to come from
Virginia, they were retarded from their intended homewards voyage
for about five or six daies for and about the procuring of a new boltspritt
by which meanes this deponent beleeveth the Owners suffered some dammage
but to what valew hee cannot estimate, And further cannot depose To the 8th hee referreth himselfe to the Acts of this Court, And further
cannot depose.
