before the seizure, and was bound to haver de Grace there to<br />
deliver the same. And further not knowing any thing touching<br />
the propriety, fraight writings consignments or lader of the sayd<br />
salt he saith he cannot depose.
To the 6 and 7th hee saith the sayd shipp hath three great anchors and<br />
one warp anchor four Cables, a whole suit of sayles and some<br />
of them double, with other furniture.
To the 8. 9. and 10th. he saith he is stiersman of the sayd shipp and<br />
so hath bene ever since May last, and first came on board att<br />
Amsterdam. And further as aforesayd cannot depose.
