To the first second and third articles of the said libell hee<br /> saith and deposeth that hee this deponent in or about the moneth of<br /> October 1651 at the custome house London received of and from<br /> Mr Jonathan Prickman of London merchant<br /> three packs or bales of goods to be carried aboard the shipp the ''Queene''<br /> ''hester'' (whereof Adrian Gallison was master) and this deponent<br /> accordingly carried the same in his boate aboard the said shipp<br /> then lying at or neere Saint Catherins, and<br /> delivered the same aboard the said shipp to be carried for Amsterdam<br /> according to his directions received from the said Mr Prickman, And<br /> saith hee well knoweth the producent david Otgar, and hath<br /> within theise twenty yeares last carried many goods aboard shipp<br /> for him, and thereby is well acquainted with his marke, which hee<br /> saith is the same that is in the margent of the said allegation, And<br /> therefore hee verily beleeveth that the<br /> foresaid three bales soe by him carried aboard the ''Queene hester''<br /> were of the said marke.
