Transcription receive the said tobaccoes aboard her, wasreceive the said tobaccoes aboard her, was leakie and insufficient, and<br /> hee further told this deponent that hee had told Mr Burton aforesaid<br /> soe much and acquainted him with the leakinesse and insufficiencie of<br /> the said shipp. And otherwise hee cannot depose. To the 15 hee saith the time arlate there was a common fame<br /> and report in Portsmouth to the effect arlate, which hee knoweth<br /> being at Portsmouth and hearing the same. And otherwise hee cannot depose. Upon the second allegation.
