To the 17th hee answereth and saith hee doeth not know nor ever heard of<br />

To the 18th hee saith hee saw the interrate daniel Thyson last in doctors<br />
Commons London about an hower before this his examination, and<br />
remembreth not when hee last saw him in holland or Zealand, but saith<br />
that the said daniel Thyson was by the States of Sealand exiled and abdicated from the United<br />
Provinces by reason of some differences happening between him and some<br />
other Merchants there.
To the 19th hee saith hee this rendent was not present at the admission of<br />
the said daniel Thyson as Burgher in Ostend, but hath severall times<br />
seene and perused the letters Testimoniall of that place for such his admission<br />
under the Seale of Ostend, and Towne Clerkes hand of that place<br />
which as hee remembreth were and are dated the 18th of Aprill<br />
<u>1652.</u> new style and beleeveth the said letters are soe there recorded./
To the 20th hee saith, That hee well knoweth the interrate Leonart<br />
Thysen of Tervier in Zealand, for that hee is this rendents brother and<br />
brother to the interrate daniel Thyson the producent in this Cause<br />
And as to the rest of the said Interrogatorie hee referreth himselfe<br />
to his foregoeing deposition, wherein (as hee saith) hee hath fully declared<br />
the trueth of his knowledge./
To the last hee saith hee well knoweth for that hee hath seene and read<br />
a sentence of banishment published by the Lords of Terveere in Zeeland against<br />
the said daniel Thyson, and of any other sentence given by them<br />
or any other legall authority, or of any sentence feared or<br />
apprehended by the said daniel Thyson hee knoweth not<br />
nor beleeveth any thing thereof,.
