Transcription To the 10th hee saith, That as this deponeTo the 10th hee saith, That as this deponent hath been credibly informed<br /> by some Passengers that came from Newfound land for England in<br /> the said shipp the ''Pyed Cowe'', the said George hopkins did send over<br /> severall of his men whom hee had imployed in Newfoundland in<br /> and with the said shipp. And further cannot depose./ To the 11th hee saith, hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition, wherein hee hath<br /> declared the trueth of his knowledge as to the Cobtract arlate, and<br /> saith hee this deponent did not make any other Contract or agreement<br /> for or concerning the bringing home of the shipp in Controversie.
