Transcription To the Interrogatories. [CENTRE HEADING] To the Interrogatories. [CENTRE HEADING] To the first hee saith hee is an English man by birth, and<br /> hath dwelt all his time in and neare London saving when hee hath bin at<br /> sea in voyages, And otherwise negatively. To the second hee saith hee hath knowne the said Andrew Rand<br /> neare thirtie yeares last, during all which space<br /> hee hath lived in deale (where hee was borne) and at<br /> Ratcliffe saving when hee hath bin at sea in voyages./ To the third, 4, 5th and 6th hee saith hee referreth himselfe<br /> to his foregoeing deposition and cannot otherwise depose, for<br /> hee did not see the lading of the said sugars.
