sawe his precontest John Cornelison alsoe there ashore as one of the<br />
companie turned out of her. And saith the said shipp belongeth<br />
to the port of horne, and that one ffrederick Otsen and other<br />
Hollanders were and are her owners and for such commonly accompted,<br />
and subiects of the States if the United Netherlands. And otherwise<br />
hee cannot depose.

brought into the Roade by the English as prize , and sawe her<br />
company ashore, being turned out of the said shipp<br />
''Liesday'' which with her lading of wine and brandewine were<br />
by the English confiscate and disposed of, and in particular hee<br />
sawe and there spoke with his precontest John Cornelison after<br />
his turning ashore, and understood by him that shee came from<br />
Nantes with the said wine and brandewine, and this deponent sawe<br />
the seizure of her as shee was under saile about<br />
