To the first hee answereth negatively.
To the second third and fourth Interrogatories hee saith hee<br />
doth not personally knowe the said don domingo Centurione<br />
but by common fame and by what this deponent hath seene in<br />
writing and heard from persons of qualitie, hee is<br />
well assured that the said don domingo Centurione was and<br />
is a Spaniard and one of his Majesties Counsell of Spaine<br />
and an Inhabitant of Madrid, and there to have lived many<br />
yeares, and the arlate John de [?Wint] to be his factor at<br />
Cadiz, and further saving his foregoeing deposition to which hee<br />
referreth himselfe hee cannot depose.
To the fifth hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition and<br />
cannot otherwise depose.
To the sixth hee saith hee this rendent is a native of<br />
Liege in the Confines of Germany, and hath for severall<br />
yeares last past bin resident in this citie, And otherwise<br />
negatively.
To the seaventh and rest of the Interrogatories hee saith that<br />
hee was not in the voyage nor knoweth ought thereof otherwise<br />
then as aforesaid. And otherwise saving his foregoeing<br />
deposition to which hee referrreth himselfe hee<br />
cannot answer./

and hath bin severall times at Scanderon and Cyprus about merchandizing<br />
affaires and thereby well knoweth the course and custome of those<br />
parts and places, And saith that at the parts of Cyprus and<br />
Scanderon all goods that are laden aboard shipps are (or at least<br />
