To the 3. and 4th hee saith hee knoweth nothing thereof./
To the 5: hee saith, That hee this rendent was at Cadiz in the yeare<br />
interrate, and saith, that the shipp the ''Salvador'' departed from the {?XXXX}<br />
towards Cadiz this deponent then being in her about the middle of October <u>1651.</u> last past, and arrived at<br />
Cadiz about a moneth after such their departure, this deponent all that while<br />
serving as aforesaid in the said shipp ''Salvador'', and being in and aboard her<br />
the time of the seizure of the shipps the ''Salvador'' ''Saint George'' and ''Sampson''<br />
by the English/:-
To the 6th hee saith, hee hath seene the shipp ''Saint George'' interrate onely [?once]<br />
at hamborough since the yeare 1642. interrate, as is predeposed, And never<br />
saw her at Amsterdam, of his knowledge./
