Transcription and the said Page with the help of a thirdand the said Page with the help of a third Shippwright wrought<br /> about a fortnight or three weekes upon her and calked her<br /> from her keele upwards to her deck, and part of her deck, and put<br /> in planck where ever they found the same to be wanting or needfull<br /> and did all other repaires to her soE that they made her very tight<br /> and sufficient and shee was very staunch strong and fit for<br /> marchants service when shee soe proceeded from Ipswich on the<br /> said voyage for London. And otherwise hee cannot depose. To the second, third and fourth hee saith that the said shipp was<br /> soe sufficient and staunch when shee soe proceeded from Ipswich<br /> that hee verily beleeveth and conceiveth shee would here retourned<br /> and had retourned tight and staunch from London, had shee not met<br /> with extremitie of stormie weather, and otherwise hee cannot depose<br /> being as aforesaid. To the fourth hee cannot answere saving aforesaid. To the 5th hee saith hee hath not relation to any of the owners<br /> nor hath received ought for his testimony nor expecteth ought<br /> therefore more then this charges, nor hath bin instructed what to<br /> say. To the 6th hee cannot answer. To the 7th hee hath not soe deposed. To the 8th hee saith the said hoy was a passage hoy betwixt<br /> Ipswich and London. And otherwise hee cannot answer.
