Transcription by the meanes whereof shee was in danger oby the meanes whereof shee was in danger of perishing with<br /> her company, and was hurt and [?en]damaged<br /> in her maste sailes, rigging and hull, to the valew of two hundred<br /> pounds sterling or thereabouts, which had undoubtedly bin<br /> avoided in case the said dutch had not soe stayed and hindered<br /> her as aforesaid. yielding a reason as aforesaid. To the twelveth hee saith that the said Abraham hill, John<br /> Gregory, henry Crane and company by reason of the said<br /> wrongs and hinderances soe donne them by the said dutch<br /> shipps and companies, have in losse of time as aforesaid<br /> deterioration of the said ship in her masts, sailes, rigging<br /> and hull as aforesaid, and otherwise suffered losse and<br /> damage to the summe of two thousand pounds sterling or<br /> thereabouts in his estimation.
