by the sayd ffishers deteyning the freight due unto the<br />
sayd William Greene, the producent for the goods predeposed,<br />
but he cannot estimate the said dammage And further hee<br />
cannot depose./
To the sixth he cannot depose.
To the 7th and eighth articles he referreth himselfe to the<br />
Lawe, And further cannot depose
To the ninth he saith his former deposition is true./
