Transcription Consideration, and by, and with the adviseConsideration, and by, and with the advise and Consent of the said<br /> Charles Tye, sayle with the said ship and lading to the<br /> Madera's, and there safely arrived, and after such their arrivall<br /> the said Ketcher the[?re] Applyed himselfe to one Mr Pickford and<br /> one Mr Waad Merchants there resiing. to have their advice and direction touching<br /> the sale and disposing of the goods and merchandizes aboard<br /> the said ship for the ffreighters greatest Profitt, and most advantage<br /> and about halfe the said ships lading, by their directions was left<br /> there with them to be sold, and after shee had unladen the<br /> sam, shee was by their Directions sailed for Santa Cruze on the<br /> Coast of Barbara, where she safely arrived, and there<br /> shee sold and Trucked away the rest of the said lading on<br /> board the said ship for wax, and skinns, and other Comodityes<br /> of that Country and having receaved all the same on board<br /> shee sailed, for the Maderas againe, (being soe ordered<br /> by the said Pickford, and Waad,) and there tooke in the<br /> Proceed of the said goods, which shee left there before her<br /> goeing to the Coast of Barbary, and with the same, and<br /> the said goods that shee took in att the Coast of Barbera<br /> she set saile for this Port, and here safely arrived and<br /> delivered the said Proceed of the said Goods. to the ffreighters<br /> of the said ship or their order to their propper use, The Premisses<br /> hee deposeth goeing all the voyage as aforesaid, and helping<br /> to lade and unlade the foresaid goods at the foresaid places,<br /> and further hee cannot depose./. To the 21th hee saith that in the whole Prosecution of the said<br /> voyage, both at the Canaryes and Maderas, and in all other<br /> Places the said ship was at the voyage in question the said<br /> ketcher did doe his utmost endeavour and dilligence both in the<br /> management of the said voyage in trying and endeavoring<br /> to get Prattick at the Canaryes, and alsoe in the selling et cetera and<br /> disposeing of the said goods as aforesaid to the best advantage of<br /> the ffreighters of the said ship, and soe much hee saith was<br /> Evedent and did appeare to the said Carole Tye and the<br /> rest of the said ships Company And further hee cannot<br /> depose.
