Transcription To the Interrogatories. [CENTRE HEADING] To the Interrogatories. [CENTRE HEADING] To the first hee saith hee is a hamburger borne, and noe subiect of the<br /> kinge of Spaine, and saith hee was in and was master of the said shipp the<br /> ''Saint Mary'' when shee was seized by the English. To the second hee saith hee had both plate and moneys aboard the<br /> shipp ''Santa Maria'' (when shee was seized) for his owne account, and [?soe GUTTER<br /> had the said John Moller for his account, and each of them had alsoe<br /> hides and other goods, and they have put in their respective claimes<br /> for their said silver, money and goods, referring himselfe<br /> to the said claimes. To the third hee saith that this deponent with his owne hand delivered<br /> back the said originalls of the nineth, tenth and eleaventh schedules [?to GUUER]<br /> the said Secretary of Admirall Stokes, and saw the said Moller<br /> deliver up unto him the said originalls of the said first eight<br /> schedulesm, the said Secretary being named as hee saith Mr G[?XXX GUTTER]<br /> or Mr Wilson. And saith that such delivereing back of the said<br /> originalls to the said Secretary by this deponent and the said Moller<br /> in the hall or dyning room of the house of Monsieur Gardamard upon the key in Tolon, where<br /> the said Admirall Stokes then lodged, and was about [?noone GUTTER]<br /> time of the say, but the day of the moneth or weeke hee remembreth<br /> not. And saith that one Lewes Grasson Consull there for<br /> the hollands nation, and david Martens a holland marchant dwelling<br /> at Marseille, and one Mr Arnaud a Notary dwelling in Tolon<br /> were all three present and saw the said delivery up of the said<br /> originalls, when this deponent and Moller soe redelivered them<br /> as aforesaid.
