Spritman in this deponents presence did tell the said [?XXX GUTTER]<br />
of the ''Alexander'', that a great quantity of<br />
the wine in the said ship ''Starr'' belonged to Mr<br />
Christopher Boone of London merchant or to that effect and soe [?much GUTTER]<br />
the bills of Lading did declare, this Deponent hearing [?the ?same GUTTER]<br />
read to the Captaine of the ''Alexander'' and present [?XX GUTTER]<br />
after the said Captaine of the ''Alexander'' and [?those GUTTER]<br />
two which hee brought with him had Perused the said<br />
Papers, they espying a ship coming to windward tooke<br />

saith that hee beleeveth that the Company of the<br />

drinke, and drawe out and send away in Runlets<br />

To the 4th hee saith that the said ship which was<br />
espyed as aforesaid came up to the ''Starr''<br />
and proved to be a Zealand man of warr, the [?Company GUTTER]<br />

of water, and then sailed away And about foure or<br />
five dayes after there happened a storme, and by reason<br />
that the ''Alexander'' and Ketch's Company, and the Company<br />

Deponent verily beleeveth, which was occasioned by the Captaine<br />
and Company of the ''Alexander'', and saith that without<br />
doubt the said ship would (by Gods blessing) have got to<br />
ffalmouth or some other harbour before the said storme<br />
happened had shee not bin Detained and carried [?XXX GUTTER]<br />
as aforesaid. The premisses hee deposeth coming [?home GUTTER]<br />
on the said ship, and belonging unto her untill shee was<br />
