Transcription To the 10.th hee saith that severall of thTo the 10.th hee saith that severall of the Company of the<br /> ''Charles'' have told this Deponent and others that Morgan [?Jones GUTTER]<br /> made the said Browne Master of the said Ship ''Charles'' [?at GUTTER]<br /> ffoy, from whence shee was set out; by the said Jones<br /> 9they likewise said that Browne had Jones Comission<br /> or to that effect, And further cannot depose./. To the last hee saith that the said John Anderson, Ninian<br /> Anderson, and James Kerr, are Scotchmen, and Inhabitants<br /> of Glascoe, and subjects of the King of England and<br /> for such they were and are Commonly accounted./: The said Alexander Keir. To the Interrogatories.
