Transcription goods, namely fourty seaven of her sacks&lgoods, namely fourty seaven of her sacks<br /> of meale, or thereabouts; severall Bales of her<br /> paper; and also severall bales of her linnen cloth<br /> this deponent seeing severall of the said goods brought<br /> aboard the said frigot, whilest he so continued<br /> prisoner in her: Besides he sayth they tooke away<br /> severall of the said ships ropes and cordage; and seaverall<br /> cheeses, which were of the ships proivisions, two hogs<br /> heads of wine; and shot away and spent one hundred and twenty pounds<br /> weight of her pouder, and tooke away other goods. And further<br /> deposeth not./ To the last he sayth his foregoing deposition is<br /> true./.
