'''Maurice Kingwell''' Lieutenant Colonel<br /> of a Regiment of ffoote in Service of his Majesty<br /> in the Garrison of Dunkirk aged 40 yeares [?or GUTTER]<br /> thereabouts, sworne before ye right word.
