Transcription To the 5th hee saith hee cannot depose: TTo the 5th hee saith hee cannot depose: To the 6th hee saith that after the Lading of the foresd ffoure and<br /> ffifty hydes and the said Chest of Tortoise shells on board the said Ship<br /> the ''Morning Starr'', this Deponent and Company set saile in and<br /> with the said Ship, and the said goods in her from the said Roade<br /> of Santa Cruze bound for Amsterdam, and in her Course thither was<br /> the said Ship, together with the said 54 Ca?ra?cca Hydes, and the<br /> said Chest of Tortoise shells and the rest of the Lading on board<br /> her were seized, and taken by the ''Lizard ffrigot'' Captaine Baker<br /> Comander, (being in the Imediate Service of this Comonwealth and<br /> by him and Company Carried to Milford Haven, and from thence<br /> to this Port which hee knoweth being aboard the said Ship ''Morning''<br /> ''Starr'' at the said time of her seizure, and<br /> carried in her: to Milford haven, and from thence to this Port ./. To the 7th and 8th hee deposeth not :/: To the last hee saith his foregoeing deposition is true ./.
