Clerke and doctor Godolphin Judges et cetera<br />
in the presence of Samuel how: Notary publique<br />
Appeared Mr Budd and alleadged that this<br />
Court had formerly ordered the said Brewer<br />
to demannd the Argal and looking glasses by him<br />
bought of the Commissioners for prize goods and to pay for<br />
the same according to the agreement betweene him<br />
and them in that behalfe made and therefore hee<br />
desired a monition to be decreed against him to performe<br />
the said order upon wednesday next which the Judges of his<br />
petition did decree/.

Which day before all the Judges et cetera in<br />
the dyninge chamber et cetera in the presence of<br />
Samuel howe notary publicke Appeared the<br />
said Budd and alleadged that the said<br />
Burton hath bought severall goods of the Commissioners<br />
for Commissioners (sic) for prize goods at a certaine price<br />
betweene them agreed and that he doth refuse to pay<br />
for the same according to the agreement betweene him and<br />
them in that behalfe made The Judges at the petition of the<br />
said Budd did decree the said Burton to be monished to<br />
pay the money agreed for the said goods by him bought to<br />
the Commissioners aforesaid for the use of the Lord Protector immediately<br />
after monition or else to appeare immediate et cetera to shew cause why hee<br />
should not be compelled to pay the same./.

Which day the said ffrancklin exhibited the<br />
originall mandate with the certificate thereon<br />
indorsed and upon [?preconihation] being<br />
made for all in this behalfe cited<br />
Appeared Mr Budd for the said<br />
Reynardson and Suckley for the said<br />
Bamford and made themselves party for<br />
them respectively and the said Budd<br />
alleadged that hee on the behalfe of the<br />
said Reynardson hath obtained a primum decretum<br />
against one 16th parte of the said shippe and that<br />
the said ffrancklin ought not to proceed upon his<br />
said warrants untill he have paid the contumacy<br />
fees in this behalfe due and give baile to answeare<br />
the action commenced by the said Reynardson against the said<br />
parte and the said Suckley likewise alleadged on the<br />
behalfe of the said Rebecka Bamford that he on her<br />
behalfe hath obtained a primum decretum against another 16th parte<br />
of the said shippe and that the said ffrancklin ought not to<br />
proceed upon the said warrant untill he shall pay the contumacy fees<br />
in that behalfe due and give baile to answeare the action commenced by<br />
her against the said parte the said ffrancklin declaring that he doth not<br />
proceed against either of those parts of the said shippe against which either the<br />
said Abraham Reynardson or the said Rebecka Bamford have<br />
obtained a primum decretum and accusing the contumacy [?fall] others in<br />
this behalfe cited and noe body appearing The Judges pronounced them<br />
