Transcription which the Judges admitted soe farre as thewhich the Judges admitted soe farre as the same ought by law to be<br /> admitted Which said allegation being soe admitted and repeated and the<br /> said Baker exhibiting for the said Stubbs and making himselfe party for<br /> him not beleeving the same to be true the Judges assigned the said<br /> Suckley to prove the same the thir Court day from hence and decreed for the<br /> said Stubbs his answeare the third day after if et cetera./ John Gould against one 32th parte of the ''Bendish''}<br /> belonging to humfry Sidney and against the}<br /> said Sidney and all others et cetera ffrancklin} Which day the Judges at the petition of the said<br /> ffrancklin did continue the certificate in the same state that now it is untill wednesday next in the<br /> afternoone./.
