Account of the profitts of the<br />
vice admiralty of the County of Yorke<br />
untill the 13th of march 1653 and by<br />
vertue of his corporall Oath to him<br />
administred did depose that the same is<br />
subscribed with the proper hand of the said<br />
Earle of Mulgrave and that the contents<br />
thereof as well for the chare and descharge<br />
are true./.

for his highnes the Lord Protector<br />
did make knowne to this Court that<br />
hee hath receaved information from<br />
the Commissioners for Prize goods that all<br />
the said persons have bought severall<br />
and respective quantityes of goods of the<br />
Commissioners for prize goods and have<br />
Contracted to pay unto them severall summes of<br />
money for the same according to their<br />
respective agreements in that behalfe made and<br />
that they refuse or neglect to fetch the same<br />
from the said Commissioners and to pay for them<br />
accordinge to theise respective agreements and<br />
thereupon the Judges at the petition of the said Advocate<br />
did decree the said batson and the rest of the persons<br />
before mentioned to be monished to appeare in this place<br />
imediate et cetera to shew cause if any they have why they should<br />
not take the goods by them agreed for from the said Commissioners<br />
and pay for the same accordinge to the rates betweene them<br />
and the said Commissioners agreed on with intimation et cetera that then<br />
they will proceed against them according to Justice et cetera./.
