Phillip Jefferyes (b. ca. 1624; d. ?). Mariner.
One of company of the ship the John of Ipswich.
Probably a commonman on the ship the John of Ipswich.
"Being one of the ships company the voyage in question and hired to be in her by the said Robert Marriott".[1]
Evidence from High Court of Admiralty
Thirty-six year old Phillip Jefferyes deposed on November 9th 1660 in the High Court of Admiralty. He was examined on a libel in the cause of "Bradley et Marriot predict navem Mary Rose et Cole".[2]
