1. To the last hee saith that what hee hath predeposed is

4. To the crosse Interrogatories. CENTRE HEADING
5. To the first Interrogatorie hee saith that hee was a passenger
6. abord the said ship the Saint Martin when shee came last from
7. Smirna bound for Ligorne and saith hee had some goods for
8. his owne accompt abord her when shee came from thense and at
9. the tyme of the seizure thereof. And otherwise referring himselfe to
10. his foregeoing deposition hee saith hee cannot depose.
11. To the second Interrogatorie hee saith and deposeth that hee hath knowne
12. the producent by the space of about 8 yeares and saith hee is
13. of Spaham in Persia where hee was borne, And that hee this
14. Examinate was borne at Constantinople where his wife and family
15. now dwell and Inhabite And otherwise saveing his foregoeing
16. deposition hee answereth negatively.
17. To the third Interrogatorie hee saith and deposeth that the said
18. ship the Saint Martin is a ffrench shippe and her Comander and
19. all her Company save 5 or 6 hee saith were and are ffrench men
20. And otherwise saveing as aforesaid hee answereth negatively.
21. To the fowrth Interrogatorie hee answereth negatively referring himselfe
22. to his foregoeing deposition.
23. To the fifth Interrogatorie hee saith that the goods now claymed
24. in this cause are of the growth of severall Countreys and places videlicet
25. the Grogoran yarne schedulated of Begbazar in the Turks dominions
26. the worme seed and Rubarb of the growth of Balke and [BXXXX GUTTER]
27. within the Kingdome of Usbeck and lastly the 5 bales of silke
28. are of the growth of the parts and places neere Ardiveile in Persia
29. And further saith thát hee was as a foresaid present when
30. the producent bought the sáme. And otherwise hee answereth
31. negatively.
32. To the 6th Interrogatorie hee saith that the said producent came
33. from leghorne to Smirna ymediately before hee retourned
34. from thense for Smirna againe. And saith that the ffrench
35. had never any thing to doe with the goods claymed in this
36. cause nor were they to runne any advanture or hazard
37. there a bouts referring himselfe to his foregoeing deposition
38. And otherwise answereth negatively.
39. To the {seaventh} Interrogatorie hee saith that hee this Examinate did
40. see amd was present when the said Michael Audric signed
41. the said schedule or bill of loading annexed and saith [when GUTTER]
42. hee soe signed the same hee allso signed another [XXXXX GUTTER]
43. at Smirna for better security and least hee should by any [XXX GUTTER]
44. have lost that which is now annexed to the said Allegation And
45. otherwise hee answereth negatively saveing that the said producent
46. was to pay freight and Cambio money according to his said bill of ladeinge./
