soe much this rendent believeth he hath confessed
And otherwise for his part he doth not believe the
said position to be true in any part thereof savinge
this rendent believeth there are noe other English
ffactors resident at Cyprus but the said Roger ffowke

2. To the Second pretended position he answereth that for
his parte he doeth not believe the said position to be
true in any parte thereof

3. To the Third pretended position he answereth that
for his parte he doth not believe the said position to
be true in any part thereof

4. To the ffowerth pretended position he answereth and
referreth himselfe to the Dchedule arlate which hee
believeth to be a true Copie of the order of the
Committee arlate, And otherwise for his parte hee
doth not believe the said position to be true in
any parte thereof, saving this rendent believeth
that the Committee arlate with the consent of this
rendent did order the goods arlate to be delivered
unto the arlate ffrederick and others, and they to
be putt into the possession thereof, and referred
the said busines to this Court
