John Perrin of ffeversham in the
County of Kent Mariner, aged 32
yeares or thereabouts, sworne before the
right worshipfull William Stephens doctor of lawe
Judge of the Admiraltie, saith and deposeth

That about 6 yeares since hee sailed from this port of London in the Peter
of London (Captaine Warren commander) in company of the [?XXXXX]
Mr Arundell master) and of the Mayflower commanded by Captaine
Jacket Admirall of the Squadron. bound for Ginney, the Barbadoes and
the West Indies in merchant imployment. And that having bin at Ginney
and Barbada's and come to Santo Domingo in the West Indies the said
shipp the Peter and companie were there betraid into the hands of the
Spaniards by a Portuguese that went master of her, and this happened
