said disaster to have gonne for the Canaries untill shee were repaired
And saith the goods were forced by meannes of the said disaster to be put
ashore at Saint Lucars, add then they would have nin more damnified in
case they had not bin thre put ashore after the said disaster, And
otherwise hee cannot depose./

To the fifth hee cannot depose.

To the 6th hee saith that materialls and [?necessaries] are to be had at
Saint Lucars for reparation of shipps, but at extraordinarie deare rates,
And otherwise hee cannot answer.

To the 7. 8. 8 and 10 hee cannot answer saving as aforesaid.

To the 11th hee saith hee knoweth all the persons interrogate saving ffrancis
Bedingfeild, and saith they were all merchants in Saint Lucars andwere
of good account, And otherwise hee cannot answer, saving hee
beleeveth the schedule interrogated to be subscribed by them.

The claime of Peter Mackeree of Middleborowe}
for eight bales of ffrench linnens in}
the hare in the ffeild. Smith.}

Examined upon the allegation
given in on the behalfe of
the said Mackeree and annexed
to the Commission.

Daniel Thyson of London Merchant aged
38 yeares or thereabouts sworne and examined.

To the first article of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth that
hee well knoweth the roducent Peter Markeree and hath soe
donne for theise fifteene yeares last past, during all which space
hee the said Peter hath lived and Inhabited and kept house
and familie in Middleborowe in Zealand, and for and as such and
a native of Zealand hee the said Peter was and is commonly accompted
and reputed, which hee knoweth having in that space much conversed and
dealt with the said Peter (there living) in the way of Marchandize,
this deponent alsoe living at Tervier neare Middleborowe
for the most part of that space. And otherwise hee cannot depose.

Upon the rest of the articles hee is not examined by direction of the producent.

To the Interrogatories. [CENTRE HEADING]

To the first hee saith hee this rendent was borne at Tervier aforesaid, and
that from the yeare 1651 hee lived in Ostend till June last that hee came
to live at London, and alwaies before at Tervier. And otherwise
hee answereth negatively.
