Transcription said Batts account, and these Rendents belsaid Batts account, and these Rendents beleeve that<br /> the same were entred in the Boateswaines booke arlate<br /> but where the said booke now is, these rendents nor<br /> any of them doe not know. but they<br /> beleeve that the 1500 peeces of eight mentioned in<br /> their precedent answeares made to the fifte articel of<br /> this allegation were entred into the said Middletons<br /> Booke as receaived in part of freight as in their<br /> said answeares to the said fift article of this allegation<br /> whereunto they refer themselves is expressed And<br /> otherwise they nor any of them doe not nor doth<br /> beleeve the said pretended position to be true in any<br /> part thereof.
