Bruet the only mab ubtrusted by the said Mr Orton with the said<br />
shipp, who in the said Ortons absence goeth as Master of her, and saith that<br />
hee conceaveth the said Orton to bee such Master and quarter part owner<br />
of her because hee hath served as a labourer aboard her<br />
divers tymes within these 12 monethes and hee and others labourers<br />
have had and Receaved moneys divers tymes from the said Orton<br />
and hath seen him the said Orton come aboard the said shipp ''Consent'' when shee<br />
lay near the tower wharfe and Command all things as master<br />
and saw him once locke upp the hatches and take the boate<br />
awaye, And further saith that hee hath heard thereforesaid<br />
ffrancis Bruet say the said Mr Orton was as much an owner as any<br />
