Nineteen year old Francis Jennings deposed on January 27th 1659 in the High Court of Admiralty.[2] He was examined on an allegation in the case of "XX".

The case concerned the coming fouyl of the ship the Abigail with the Agreement as theey sailed from Newcastle to London. Both ships were coal ships.
